ІТ Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the entire sales cycle for our outsourcing services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industries
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing

2. Client Relationship Management

3. Sales Process Management

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
  • Prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and service agreements
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts

4. Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Analyze market conditions and client feedback to refine service offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outsourcing, IT services, or consulting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing industry trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Level of spoken English - C1 (Advanced)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Professional demeanor with strong business acumen
