SEO Sales Executive

We’re a fast-growing SEO agency based in Germany, founded by Ukrainians, working with clients across the US and Europe. Now, we’re looking for a Sales / Presale Manager (ex-SEO Specialist) to join us and help grow our client base through Upwork, Outreach and more.

What We Expect from You:

  • Proven experience as an SEO specialist (must-have).
  • Previous experience in sales or presales is a big plus.
  • Confident English (written and spoken) — intermediate+ level required.
  • Ability to write clear, logical, and persuasive proposals.
  • Basic understanding of Upwork, LinkedIn, or other lead generation platforms.


💡 Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in B2B sales within a digital agency.
  • German language skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn/email outreach.


🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning first contact with leads on Upwork (messages, calls, qualification).
  • Preparing proposals together with the SEO team.
  • Following up and nurturing warm leads.
  • Helping build scalable sales processes (templates, CRM, automations).
  • Suggesting ideas for new sales channels and lead generation experiments.
