Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) who will play a key role in driving our growth by building relationships, presenting our services, and closing deals. This is not a typical sales role – we are seeking someone who combines strong business acumen with a deep understanding of modern AI-driven tools and software development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Present company services in a clear and compelling way, tailoring pitches to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct effective presentations and demonstrations, leveraging AI tools where possible.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company capabilities.
Continuously learn and adopt AI tools to improve efficiency in outreach, lead generation, and client communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in IT, SaaS, or product development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong understanding of software development processes (experience in IT/tech industry is a must).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (or readiness to learn and adopt them from day one).
- Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Fluent English (both written and spoken).
