We are looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (at Kyiv office) to lead our commercial strategy, oversee the account and business development teams, and drive revenue growth. Please note that the position is on-site.

We are looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (at Kyiv office) to lead our commercial strategy, oversee the account and business development teams, and drive revenue growth. Please note that the position is on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets;
- Lead and scale the partnership management team;
- Analyze existing processes and performance of account management department;
- Define and deliver a commercial roadmap with clear milestones and success metrics;
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities (GEOs, verticals, B2B prospects);
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with operators, aggregators, and affiliates;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment across departments;
- Represent the company at major industry events;
- Stay updated on regulatory trends, competitor activities, and market movements to inform decision-making.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills, with experience in high-level partnerships and deals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Lack of bureaucracy in decision-making processes and the ability to directly influence the product/project.
