Strong Junior React Developer
What is the purpose of this position?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, strong junior React Developer with nearly 2 years of commercial experience, who will join our front-end developers team. Together with the other specialists, you will develop the frontend part of the project. Pay attention that we use the Upwork time tracker for this position.
Qualifications you`ll need to bring:
- 2 years of commercial experience in frontend web development
- Proficiency in semantic HTML5 and CSS3 for structuring and styling web pages.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable JavaScript code for frontend components.
- Excellent knowledge of TypeScript
- Experience building React applications or components.
- Good understanding of Next.js for building React applications with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG).
- Working experience with tRPC for type-safe API development
- Good knowledge of ORMs or database querying (prior Prisma experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with Tailwind
- The ability to use version control systems, in particular, Git
- Familiarity with modern and upcoming standards
- Upper-Intermediate English level
In this role, you will be in charge of:
- Development of new modules
- Refactoring/extending of existing functionality
- Writing unit/integration tests
- Set up task runners and build tools
- Collaboration with a front-end team
