Godlike.Host is a European game-hosting provider. Our core market is gamers who spin up their own Minecraft, Rust, or ARK servers. We run powerful infrastructure, offer a rock-solid product, maintain racks in both the US and Europe, rely on heavy automation, provide 24/7 support, and enjoy a loyal user base. Until now we’ve grown through B2C, but we’re ready to launch a systematic B2B channel—serving game studios, commercial server teams, and large custom projects.

 

 

🏋🏻‍♂️ What You’ll Do

 

  • Find the right B2B clients—game studios, mid- to large-scale game projects, mini-game developers, and more.
  • Run outreach via LinkedIn, Discord, email, and any other channels that work.
  • Nurture leads: hold discovery calls, present the product, and close deals.
  • Interview current B2B customers to gather feedback and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Share insights with the product team—where features are missing, what terms clients expect, how we can improve.

🧑‍🎓 What Matters

 

  • Fluent English—the entire sales funnel targets an English-speaking audience.
  • B2B sales experience (IT / SaaS / hosting / infrastructure).
  • Willingness to reach out first, hook prospects cold, and drive deals to closure.
  • Clear thinking, structured communication, and no fear of cameras or clients.
  • A results focus: closed deals motivate you more than “process for process’ sake.”

 

 

😇 Nice to Have

  • Background in game-tech, game development, game marketplaces, or hosting.
  • Ability to find unconventional paths to decision-makers (community forums, moderators, Discord servers, etc.).
  • Additional languages (Spanish, German, etc.).

 

 

🗺️ Hiring Process

 

  1. Quick culture & soft-skills interview—we want to see how you think and talk.
  2. Small test task—nothing heavy; we just want to understand your style and approach.
  3. Final technical interview with the CEO—let’s discuss lead strategy, KPIs, real-world sales scenarios.
  4. Good fit? We make an offer.

 

 

Terms

 

  • Fully remote, flexible hours (you’ll need some overlap with CET/EET).
  • Compensation: base salary + sales commission (specifics discussed in the interview).
  • We’ll set you up with everything you need: slide decks, CRM, plus support from product, marketing, and design.
