Senior Python Engineer - Poland as a location is a must

Our client is an early-stage, stealth AI startup on a mission to change how engineering orgs solve bugs.

They’re hiring our first founding engineer to help shape their proof of concept into a production-ready MVP. You’ll play a key role in both product and technical direction from day one.

What you'll do

• As a part of the core team, you'll be working as a part of the team of 4 developers working closely with the CTO.
• You'll Plan the architecture and design of the solution
• You'll Code and bring it to production

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 4+ years of Python development
• Experience with dockers/containers/k8s
• Experience GenAI / Agents
• Strong backend development and production experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus

• Experience building systems with LLMs
• DevOps and cloud background
• Experience with other languages (Java, C, C++, JavaScript, TypeScript)
