Quality Assurance Specialist to $1200 Offline

cryptocurrency simple and accessible. Our flagship products are the Snowball App (a
crypto wallet for buying and selling tokens) and the Modular Name Service (MNS), a
cross-chain digital identity system that lets users attach a unique name to their wallet
address across different blockchains.
About the Role
As QA at Snowball, you’ll ensure our products meet functional requirements and
provide a smooth user experience. You will design and execute test plans, report and
track bugs in Jira, and proactively contribute to improving our testing processes. This
role focuses on manual testing across mobile and desktop apps.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Design and execute test plans for new features and releases.
● Verify and reproduce reported bugs and regressions.
● Document bugs clearly in Jira and track their status.
● Collaborate with the team to organize and execute testing activities.
● Perform manual testing on mobile (Android, iOS) and desktop (Windows, Mac).
● Monitor support channels (email, Slack, Telegram), reproduce user-reported
issues, and report outcomes.

What We Look For (Required)

● Demonstrated experience reporting and tracking bugs.
● Experience with Jira.
● Attention to detail and structured problem-solving.
● Strong communication skills in English.

● Experience working in remote teams.

Nice to Have (Preferred)
● Experience testing blockchain apps, crypto wallets, or dApps.
● Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack.
● Basic understanding of Web3 concepts.
