What will you do:

• Create visual communication assets aligned with Headway’s style — from brand identity and presentations to visuals for global and local media, SMM creatives, merch, and more.
• Optimize the visual asset creation process and improve design operations.
• Stay on top of graphic design, communications, and marketing trends — and bring them to life.
• Collaborate closely with Communications and HR teams.

What do you need to join us:

• Have 2+ years of commercial experience as a graphic designer and an up-to-date portfolio.
• Have a strong sense for color combinations and visual balance.
• Work confidently with typography and layout.
• Know your shortcuts in Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
• Are detail-oriented and love pixel-perfect work.
• Are eager and quick to learn new things.
