Growth Marketing Lead
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead with 8–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, especially in scaling paid channels profitably (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
You’ll be hands-on with paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and retention experiments, leveraging AI tools, first-party data, and advanced analytics to drive efficient CAC, stronger conversion rates, and improved LTV.
If you’re quant-driven, AI-curious, and have played a meaningful role in healthcare/health tech (excluding biotech), we’d love to talk.
Bonus if you have experience marketing to Medicare or senior populations or have built SEO/organic/affiliate/influencer channels.
Responsibilities
- Own Paid Acquisition & Growth Experiments
- Run and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Use AI workflows for segmentation, creative testing, and rapid experiments.
- Optimize Funnels & Retention
- Map patient journeys and fix friction points.
- Improve conversion rates from ad click → intake → advocate call → retention.
- Leverage First-Party Data
- Set up tracking pipelines with Conversion APIs.
- Rigorously measure CAC/LTV and build dashboards to guide spend decisions.
Build a Repeatable Growth Engine
- Identify what works and scale it.
- Translate insights into a repeatable acquisition + retention playbook.
Requirements
Experience
- 8+ years in growth/performance marketing, ideally in healthcare startups.
- 7+ years in healthcare operations, ideally at startups from Seed–Series C.
- Experience with clinical outcomes + recruiting/scaling teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
Hard Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with health plans and healthcare systems.
- AI tools for marketing automation + funnel optimization.
Soft Skills
- Execution-driven problem solver.
- Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Able to translate insights into action.
Not a fit if: background is mostly corporate/late-stage (Series D+), only project/product management, or expecting big teams right away.
