Responsibilities:
- Upwork work offers a generation process;
- High-quality written communication with leads;
- Sales campaign reports creation;
- Campaign analysis and recommendations;
- Campaigns result in regular tracking and monitoring;
- Campaigns optimization recommendations;
- A/B testing of outreach messages.
 

Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in sales (B2B);
- Has P2P lead generation experience;
- Knows how to work with ClickUp and PipeDrive;
- Has proficient Upwork user experience;
- Advanced English, both written and verbal skills are required.
 

As a huge plus:
- Understanding the branding, website, and digital marketing efficiency;
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills;
- Endurance to monotone work, stress resistance, and perseverance.
 

Interview stages:
- HR interview (30 minutes);
- Technical interview (1 hour).
