Sales Manager/Account Manager (Travel)
Requirements:
โ 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the travel industry, tourism, MICE, or consulting);
โ Proven experience working with corporate clients, including the ability to identify business needs and present relevant solutions;
โ Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and post-sale support;
โ Strong negotiation skills with key decision-makers (HR, Office Managers, Executive Assistants, Procurement, CEOs, etc.).
Will be plus:
โ Fluent English (B2 level or higher) is required for communication with international clients;
โ Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Czech, German, Polish) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
โ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
โ Strong skills in product presentation, objection handling, and building trusted relationships;
โ Flexibility, persistence, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
โ Sourcing and acquiring new corporate clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads;
โ Conducting needs analysis to understand client requirements and offer relevant travel solutions;
โ Delivering service presentations and product demos, with a focus on value and benefits;
โ Managing the full sales cycle โ from initial contact to contract signing and handover to the operations team;
โ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;
โ Collecting client feedback and sharing it with the product/operations team to improve the service.
