What you’ll own — core responsibilities
- Operational rhythm: run project trackers, surface risks, unblock teams, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Decision‑ready reporting: produce concise dashboards and one‑page briefs that turn data into action.
- Meeting & stakeholder: prepare agendas, briefing notes, and action logs with clear owners and deadlines.
- Internal coordination & communication: coordinate tasks across departments, keep stakeholders aligned, and manage communication with team members and external partners.
- Documentation & SOPs: maintain playbooks and handoffs so anyone can ramp quickly.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., for drafting, summarization, research) and curious about automation — proactively explore and apply tools that increase efficiency.
Who you are — ideal profile
- 1+ year in assistant, operations, project coordination (startup/tech experience preferred).
- Exceptionally organized and detail‑oriented
- Confident written and spoken English (B2).
- Practical experience with Google Workspace/Excel;
- Proactive, service‑oriented, and growth‑minded — you learn fast and act on feedback.
- Diplomatic, discreet and effective at influencing stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting C‑level executives, basic analytics or finance familiarity.
- Experience working with international teams.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
