Operations manager to $1400

We’re a growing team —  no overcomplicated processes. Just people building something big and moving fast. Our COO is looking for a right hand, an Operations Manager who will bring structure, speed, and clarity into the business.

What you’ll do

  • Keep projects on track, unblock teams, and drive follow-ups.
  • Turn data into crisp dashboards & one-pagers.
  • Run meetings that matter — agendas, notes, action owners.
  • Coordinate across teams & partners, keep everyone aligned.
  • Build SOPs & playbooks so processes scale.
  • Use AI/automation to boost efficiency.


You are

  • 1+ year in ops/assistant/project roles (startup = plus).
  • Detail-obsessed, structured, proactive.
  • Confident English (B1+).
  • Solid with Google Workspace/Excel.
