Country Manager (Cyprus, Albania)​​​​​​​

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s operations in Cyprus and Albania.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify new opportunities for expansion.
• Manage the local team: recruitment, onboarding, training, and motivation.
• Monitor sales performance and achievement of financial targets.
• Organize and coordinate marketing and PR activities.
• Lead negotiations and build long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, financial reporting, and company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role (Country Manager / Head of Operations / Business Development Director).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local markets (Cyprus, Albania).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or operational management.
• Fluent English (B2+ level); knowledge of Greek or Albanian will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.
