Requirements:
- Openness, drive & a passion for startups
- Backend mastery: Python (async), FastAPI, Pydantic, Docker, K8S, Azure, Kafka
- Frontend: React (preferred), HTML/CSS, or Angular/Vue
- SQL (PostgreSQL), Pandas, building data pipelines
- Solid CI/CD & Git
End-to-end ownership: from idea to release, decision-making
Nice to Have:
- Advanced production debugging, DevSecOps, OpenSearch
- Azure API Management
- Generative AI for UI
Integrations with CRM/comms platforms (Salesforce, Google Meet, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Be proactive in spotting opportunities and solving problems.
- Work as a true team player.
- Own tasks end-to-end with high quality.
- Build integrations, import/analyze external data
- Embed AI scenarios in backend and UI
- Fast iterations: MVP delivery, testing, optimization
Maintain DevOps/engineering hygiene: testing, deployment, security

The team makes the decision based on a technical interview.
