Fullstack Developer (MERN, AI-first)

We’re launching a new AI-first unit for our client that redefines how digital products are built. This core team will set a new standard in rapid prototyping and fullstack web development—blending the market’s best practices, bleeding-edge AI tools, and lean startup principles. The mission: to deliver unmatched value to clients and validate product ideas with maximum speed and precision. You’ll work in close collaboration with our client’s business team, with a unique opportunity to grow into a lead role shaping this direction from within.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in fullstack development
• Strong experience with React, Node.js, MongoDB, Express
• API integrations with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)
• Product thinking and UX sensitivity
• Proven use of AI-enhanced dev tools (e.g., Lovable, Builder, Cursor)
• Solid grasp of fullstack product development and rapid prototyping
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-first product design
• Experience deploying on Vercel or similar platforms
• Eagerness to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Passionate mindset and strong delivery focus
  
  Will be a plus:
• Startup experience or agile environments
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Cody, or other AI coding copilots
• Understanding of DevOps basics (CI/CD, Docker, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with serverless architecture (e.g., Vercel Functions, AWS Lambda)
• Contributions to open-source or personal AI-related projects
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of growth metrics and A/B testing
• Prior work in early-stage startups or incubators

• Higher education in software engineering or related field

   

• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Rapidly build web-based prototypes, MVPs and full-scale products
• Integrate AI tools and APIs to accelerate development
• Maintain high-quality, scalable code across the MERN stack
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and AI engineers

• Proactively suggest AI-enhanced solutions and process improvements
