Fullstack Developer (Python and React)

UVIK is looking for a Strong Junior / Pre-Middle Fullstack Developer (Python & React)! 🚀

Do you already feel confident with Python (1.5–2+ years) and have some hands-on experience with React (1+ year or certified courses)?

Format: full-time, remote, or hybrid in offices (Chernivtsi/Ivano-Frankivsk)

⚡️ Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask)
• Develop and improve user interfaces with React.js
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in team discussions, sprint planning, and reviews

💡 Must-Have Skills

• 2 (1.5+) years of Python backend development experience
• 0.5+ years with React.js (or certified courses)
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and data integration
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team
• Spoken English - Upper Intermediate level

 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, or React Native
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Interest in AI, automation, or real-time features
