DeltaV Recipe Designer

✅Key Responsibilities

-Design, configure, and test recipes in theDeltaV Distributed Control System (DCS) for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

-Ensure recipe design aligns with project requirements, GMP compliance, and site or corporate library standards.

-Support DeltaV–Syncade MES integration by ensuring recipe structures and workflows are compatible and properly linked.

-Apply practical experience with the DeltaV DVI module to support design and troubleshooting.

-Collaborate with process engineers, MES specialists, validation, and QA to ensure recipes meet operational and compliance requirements.

-Participate in design reviews, testing activities, and technical workshops.

-Provide documentation and technical input for validation and quality processes.

✅Required Qualifications

-5–8+ years of pharmaceutical automation experience with DeltaV DCS in GMP environments.

-Experience in DeltaV–Syncade integration is an advantage.

-Hands-on experience with the DVI module in one or more projects.

-Strong understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

-Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
