About the Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Web3 Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in Web3 development.

At Syntora.Tech, we build cutting-edge Web3 products from DeFi and NFTs to DAOs, analytics, and trading automation. You’ll work in a remote-first, highly flexible environment, which requires strong self-management and the ability to organize your work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend applications (React, Vue, TypeScript).
• Develop and extend backend services (Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL).
• Work with APIs, WebSockets, and databases to connect Web2 and Web3 systems.
• Contribute to smart contract integrations (wallet connections, transaction flows).
• Write clean, maintainable code and keep documentation up to date.
• Participate in testing, code reviews, and feature delivery.
• Manage your workload independently, ensuring tasks are delivered on time.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in fullstack Web3 development.
• Good knowledge of Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with Git/GitHub and version control practices.
• English: Minimum Intermediate (B1), able to read documentation and join team discussions.
• High level of self-management and self-organization — ability to work remotely, prioritize tasks, and deliver without constant supervision.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in Web3 technologies (Solidity, smart contracts, blockchain integrations).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with commercial Web3 projects;
• Knowledge of Rust and/or ability to work with Solana smart contracts and infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud tools (AWS, Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
