  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Actively source new clients: crypto projects, exchanges, venture funds, DAOs, brokers.
  • Represent the company at Asian industry events, conferences, and meetups.
  • Build and expand a strong professional network in the crypto & Web3 ecosystem.
  • Establish relationships with crypto founders, token launch teams, B2B product owners, and marketing leaders.
  • Drive sales growth across Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia).

βœ… What We Expect

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in crypto, fintech, or Web3.
  • Understanding of CEX/DEX models, token listings, and trading mechanics.
  • Fluent English (C1) β€” other Asian languages are a plus.
  • Proven negotiation skills at the founder / C-level.
  • Technical or product background (bonus if you previously worked as a developer or in tech-driven teams).
  • Strong networking and deal-closing mindset.
