QA Automation

How you’ll be impactful:

As an Automation Developer, you will leverage AI-driven tools to design and optimize workflows that reduce manual effort and boost efficiency. Your expertise in scripting, integration, and testing will ensure reliable, scalable solutions that enhance productivity across teams. Please note that this position is temporary, for a duration of 4–6 months.

What you’ll be doing:
 

• Take active part in writing our new automation tests. Help Specify what the end results would look like. Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows that reduce manual processes.
• Develop and maintain scripts, integrations, and automated test suites to ensure 99% uptime and consistent, reliable performance across systems.
• Integrate machine learning models into automation pipelines to improve prediction accuracy and decision-making speed by 20% or more.
• Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable time savings and operational cost reductions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable automation solutions that enhance productivity.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and document automation solutions to maintain compliance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  - The candidate should be a mature automation developer that can work independently and provide solutions to problems they faces.
 

Education:

- Relevant QA/Development certification or academic background

Experience: 

• At least 2 years of automation experience - mandatory
• Manual testing experience is an advantage 
• Experience writing automation for mobile apps and web-sites 
• Working with Python 

Skills & Knowledge:

• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging for executives and technical teams alike
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
