Junior Platform Support Engineer / Junior DevOps

We are looking for a Junior Platform Support Engineer to help our Platform Engineering team maintain and automate processes in AWS and related tools. This is a great opportunity to develop in the field of Platform Engineering / Cloud / DevOps, work with modern technologies, and gain experience in a large enterprise project.

The project is a global leader in sports, music, travel, culture, and more. It creates and delivers extraordinary experiences by providing official access and premium hospitality at marquee global sporting events, global music tours, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience;
• Basic knowledge of AWS Cloud (associate level) and at least 6 months of AWS support experience;
• Basic knowledge of GitHub or GitLab;
• Basic knowledge of Terraform;
• Basic skills in bash scripting / Python or JavaScript;
• Familiarity with HTTP REST API (curl or Postman);
• Understand well network foundation of www and how web-appication works;
• English at B2 level (speaking and writing) and fluency Ukrainian.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with ServiceNow / Zendesk / Confluence / Jira;
• Knowledge of Kubernetes (k8s), RBAC, SSO.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning access to AWS accounts in Identity Center using Terraform/Pulumi IaC;
• Managing access to GitHub Org, automating IT workflows (scripts, webhooks);
• Automating daily support tasks;
• Taking part in the introduction of the Internal Developer Platform (Backstage, Humanitec, AWS EKS);
• Writing Terraform IaC scripts for AWS;
• Monitoring non-production applications with DataDog.
