Java Enterprise Developer

We are looking for Java Enterprise Developer

Our client is a digital consulting and solutions provider specializing in wealth management transformation. They help leading financial institutions — such as wealth managers, banks, advisors, and retirement providers—accelerate growth, improve operational agility, and scale effectively through tailored technology services.

Collaboration format: outstaff, contract-based.
Hourly rate: up to 20$/h
Direct communication with the client — good English and a presentable manner are important
Location: Poland

Requirements:

— 3+ years of commercial experience with Java (8/11/17)

— Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud)

— Strong knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, understanding of ORM principles

— Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)

— Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, SOAP (a plus)

— Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, Git

— Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns

— Knowledge of microservices architecture and asynchronous communication

— Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

— Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)

— Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)

Soft skills:

— Strong communication and teamwork skills

— English – Upper-Intermediate+ (for communication with clients/team)

— Ability to work independently and propose solutions

Nice to have:

— Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

— Knowledge of Kafka/RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ

— Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis)
