Key Responsibilities

·      Full-Stack Development: Design and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Python (Django) and ReactJS.

·       In-house AI-powered Product: Drive the architecture and development of our internal platforms that support the entire lifecycle of trading—spanning pre-deal analysis, deal origination, execution, legal, KYC, compliance, risk, and post-trade operations. Build scalable, AI-enhanced systems that codify and automate standard operating procedures (SOPs), enabling intelligent workflows through close collaboration with traders, operations, legal, compliance, and KYC teams.

·      AI-Driven Tooling: Build and integrate AI-powered internal tools and copilots, including LLM-backed assistants for trade ops, deal intelligence, and workflow automation.

·      Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage AWS and Azure services for deployment, monitoring, and scalability.

·      AI-first Workflow: Use Cursor IDE and other LLM tools to optimize development velocity and code quality.

·      Agile Collaboration: Partner with product, AI, and QA teams in rapid, iterative sprints with business-driven milestones.

Core Skills & Experience

·      5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record in production environments.

·      3+ years of hands-on experience in Python, preferably with frameworks like FastAPI, Django.

·      3+ years of experience in ReactJS, with strong knowledge of modern front-end patterns and tools.

·      Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is a plus.

·      Demonstrated use of AI tools, including:

o  Cursor IDE (AI-assisted development)

o  OpenAI or alternatives

o  Building or integrating LLM-based features into real-world systems

·      Expertise in building RESTful APIs, asynchronous backends, and real-time communication.

·      Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

·      Competence in using Git, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and writing automated tests.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience in trading, fintech, and hedge funds

·      Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable microservices.

·      Data engineering knowledge:

·      Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
