Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Data-Oriented)

Hey there! 👋

We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer with extensive experience in Node.js, React.js, and core data analysis. You'd be working with a team of a well-funded Silicon Valley-based tech startup, on a digital product for retail and customer success professionals in the United States.

What skills do we expect you to have: 🎯

• English: Advanced (B2+)
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or similar;
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
• 5+ years of writing commercial React.js and Node.js apps;
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform;
• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch;

What you would be doing: 💪

• UI & Data Visualization (React.js)
  • Support filtering, drill-downs, and real-time data exploration;
  • Deliver intuitive UX and customizable, multi-tenant dashboards;
  • Optimize rendering for large datasets and live updates;
  • Build interactive dashboards with charts, tables, and KPIs powered by ElasticSearch;
• Database engineering (PostgreSQL):
  • Designing relational schemas optimized for transactional operations;
  • Maintain data quality, migrations, and integrity across multi-tenant workloads.
  • Managing large datasets with partitioning, indexing, and query optimization;
• Experience with core data analysis:
  • Architecting ElasticSearch indices and mappings for high-volume, multi-tenant analytics;
  • Build pipelines (ETL/streaming/batch) to sync Postgres / ElasticSearch reliably;
  • Work closely with product to define analytics features (dashboards, KPIs, search);
  • Optimizing for scale: query performance, sharding, replication, cluster health;
  • Designing efficient queries and aggregations to power real-time insights;
