What you’ll do
 

• Build features for AI agents and RAG pipelines (LangChain/LangGraph).
• Create FastAPI services and REST endpoints.
• Work with vector databases (pgvector/Qdrant/Pinecone/Weaviate).
• Integrate OpenAI API (tools/function calling, embeddings).
• Write tests, improve prompts, add basic monitoring and traces.
• Package and deploy with Docker; assist with metrics and logs.
   

Requirements

• 1+ year of Python (commercial or strong projects).
• A few AI apps built (for example, chatbot, retrieval tool, simple agent).
• Exposure to LangChain or LangGraph, RAG, and vector DBs.
• Basic FastAPI experience and REST fundamentals.
• Git, basic SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL/MongoDB), and Docker.
   

Nice to have

• React, Next.js, and TypeScript basics - or willingness to learn on the job.
• Metrics/observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Simple CI (GitHub Actions) and cloud familiarity (AWS/GCP).
• Redis/queues, basic caching.
