Frontend Team/Tech Lead (Vue.js)

Your Role:
As our Frontend Team/Tech Lead, you will drive the architecture, development, and quality of our frontend ecosystem. You will translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions, lead the creation of new components, and mentor the team to deliver high-quality code.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable frontend features and reusable components.
• Review and enhance frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure high code quality with strong test coverage (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Mentor and guide frontend engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• Expert in Vue.js (Vue 2/3), Nuxt, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of state management, SSR, and frontend architecture patterns.
• Experience building and maintaining robust test suites.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
