Email Deliverability Expert Offline

We’re seeking an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to enhance our global email outreach. You’ll focus on improving deliverability, ensuring compliance, and implementing best practices across email infrastructure, authentication, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in email deliverability, working with global email programs and high-volume campaigns
• Strong understanding of technical aspects of email infrastructure and authentication
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (especially Engagement setup) is highly preferred
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and deriving actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent level of Ukrainian language
• English —  Upper Intermediate and higher (written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze key deliverability metrics: bounce rates, open rates, click-through rates, spam complaints, and inbox placement
• Provide stakeholders with regular performance reports and strategic recommendations
• Investigate and resolve issues related to spam filtering and delivery failures
• Collaborate with ISPs (Internet Service Providers) and ESPs (Email Service Providers) to troubleshoot and resolve deliverability issues
• Offer ad-hoc guidance on IP warm-up and new IP enablement
• Ensure correct configuration of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Support and validate the setup within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
