Team Lead Node.js/React Native

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in React Native and Node.js, who also has proven Team Lead experience. Although this role does not involve mentoring or managing a team, leadership experience is crucial for maintaining high technical standards and effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide precise task estimations and actively contribute to project planning

• Perform high-quality Code Reviews and ensure best engineering practices

• Join and lead technical discussions with clients (occasionally)

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications across the full stack using React Native + Node.js

• Ensure the technical direction of the project is aligned with business needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial development experience with React Native and Node.js

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead (tech leadership, code quality ownership, client communication)

• Strong knowledge of software architecture and scalable system design

• Hands-on experience with Git, pull requests, and review processes
