Designer / Landing Page Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-performing ad creatives (static, animated, short video ads).
  • Build and adapt landing pages using Tilda, Webflow, Framer (or similar).
  • Work closely with the media buyer to quickly implement competitor-proven ideas.
  • Focus on conversion design: structure, UX, CTA, headlines.
  • Deliver fast iterations: today an idea โ†’ tomorrow a ready creative/landing.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in advertising design (performance marketing focus).
  • Tools: Figma, Photoshop, After Effects / Premiere / CapCut.
  • Skills in no-code landing builders (Tilda, Webflow, Framer).
  • Understanding of performance marketing mechanics and why speed of testing matters.

 

 

Nice to have:

  • Copywriting basics for ad texts and landing headlines.
  • Experience with A/B testing creatives and landings.
  • Familiarity with spy tools to quickly replicate and adapt competitor concepts.



This role works directly with the Media Buyer as a creative partner: you transform competitor insights into creatives and landings fast, ensuring the team can test and scale campaigns effectively.
