Senior AQA (Performance testing)
US Company is searching for Senior QA Automation Engineer for a team of 12-15 AQA specialists (overall team size is about 100 engineers). Interesting project, full-time, European time zone. Remote work. By the end of 2025 or longer.
The product is SaaS, which allows multiple functions for safety and proper works planning / execution in chemical, oil, and gas gathering & transportation, construction, and energy industries. It is implemented as several microservices that are integrated with each other.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of an Agile development team to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Create and Execute test strategy, test plans, manual and automated test cases
- Analyze test results and report bugs and errors to development teams
- Implement automated testing for functional and non-functional aspects of testing
- Perform thorough Performance testing
- Collaborate with the Team to define clear requirements, deliverables, estimates and milestones.
- Follow Agile Scrum practices.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.
Required HARD Skills:
- 7+ years of Experience in functional and non functional testing of web-based applications
- 4+ years of Experience in testing Azure Cloud SAAS Multitenant Applications
- Experience in test automation using various technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Experience in testing scalability and security aspects.
- Experience with Python, SQL
- Experience with Robot Framework, JMeter
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodologies
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps is an asset.
- Upper-intermediate (or higher) English

Will be considered as a plus:
- Knowledge of playwright on python for UI testing
- Knowledge of Postman for API testing
Work conditions:
- Distributed team: REMOTE work.
- Scrum, 5-6 team members /sub-team.
- Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Schedule adopted to CET
- Official contract: salary, sick-leave days, holidays, vacations.
