System Administrator/DevOps

Sometimes we are looking for a skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in DevOps and System Administration. As a System Administrator, your role will be to ensure that our systems are secure, fast and reliable. On the DevOps side, you’ll be working on real business projects with a team dedicated to supporting each other and achieving mutual success.

 

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of systems administration experience;
  • Knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Centos), Windows and MacOS operating systems; Experience with ProxMox
  • Expertise in infrastructure management, including hardware, network software, protocols, etc;
  • Familiarity with LAMP/LEMP stacks;
  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure);
  • Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. Gitlab);
  • Bash and Python scripting skills;
  • Database skills in MySQL, PostgreSQL and NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra);
  • Strong understanding of web and application technologies/servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx, Tomcat);
  • Familiarity with Docker concepts and practical usage;
  • Understanding of core IT security and architecture components;
  • Solid network administration skills and hardware provisioning/repair experience;
  • Analytical with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Intermediate or higher level of English.

     

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and development of the infrastructure;
  • Implementation of new technologies and automation of processes using IaC solutions;
  • Cooperation with the development team and clients;
  • Solving technical problems.
