Sales Manager (German-speaking)

We’re expanding our presence in the DACH region and looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with fluent German to lead client acquisition, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Actively generate leads and independently search for new clients
  • Identify and target potential B2B clients in the DACH region
  • Set up and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and targeted email sequences
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to contract signing
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Develop personalized offers and commercial proposals
  • Attend and represent Twincore at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions 
  • Process and follow up on leads from events, conferences, and exhibitions (sorting, filtering, outreach)
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns for the DACH market
  • Keep CRM up to date and provide regular sales reports

     

What we expect:

  • German C1-C2
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software development, or technology solutions
  • Proven track record in lead generation and independent client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of DACH business culture and market specifics
  • Experience in working with event-generated leads and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in IT outsourcing companies 
  • Self-driven, organized, and KPI-oriented
