💼 One of the challenges:
• Architect E2E pipeline: detection, 2D/3D landmarks, head pose, face parsing, QC
• Define feature ontology + stable morphometrics (asymmetry, proportions)
• Canonicalize: alignment, 3D normalization; robustness to light/pose/occlusion
• Evaluate: NME, head-pose error, ICC; bias/fairness; tracking in MLflow/W&B
• Mentor: task decomposition, standards, guidance
 

📌 Requirements:
• 6+ yrs CV/ML, 2+ as senior/tech lead/architect; shipped systems
• Face stack: RetinaFace/InsightFace, 3DDFA-V2/DAD-3DHeads, face-alignment/OpenFace/AU; multiview geometry, PnP, 3DMM
• Python, PyTorch/TF, OpenCV; FastAPI; Git; Docker; MLOps (W&B/MLflow, DVC, CI/CD)
• AWS serverless, performance/observability, data security
• Ethics/privacy for biometrics; compliant OSINT

• RAG/LLM for explainability/reports
