The Role
 

This isn’t about waiting for leads and reading a script. It’s about owning the sales conversation, understanding the client’s real needs, and closing with confidence. You’ll work directly with qualified leads who know our offer and are ready to talk; your job is to get them over the line.

Who You Are

 

• You’ve closed high-ticket deals ($3K - $5K+) consistently.
• You know how to handle objections and control the sales flow.
• You can adapt your approach to different buyer personalities.
• You thrive in performance-based environments where results drive rewards.

• Running qualified sales calls and delivering our value proposition with authority.
• Navigating objections without losing momentum.
• Tracking and reporting on KPIs, close rates, call volumes, and deal values.
• Working with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
