- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams and projects.
- Expertise with design tools like Figma and a solid understanding of design systems.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and running A/B tests.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data in design decisions.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across multiple products and projects spanning digital payments, wallets, trading, and more for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct and apply user research and usability testing to validate and improve designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to ensure designs meet business and technical requirements.
- Proactively gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
- Stay ahead of fintech trends and regulatory requirements to inform product design.
- Drive innovation and provide unique design solutions that differentiate Ceron’s products in the market.
Nice to Have

- Experience with tools like Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

- HR Screening: An initial conversation to understand your background and motivation.
- Technical Interview: Deep dive into your design skills, portfolio, and fintech knowledge.
