Junior Sales Representative

We’re looking for a Junior Sales Representative with strong communication skills to join our team for the evening shift (approx. 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM UTC)
This is a fully remote position.

 

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in sales-related roles (preferably B2B), is confident in conducting video calls in English (a must), and is comfortable working independently during evening hours.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales-related roles (preferably B2B).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
    Sales is in your blood ;)
    Exceptional writing and presentation skills
    Excellent relationship builder with effective negotiating skills
    Brilliant aptitude for handling negative responses and determination to resolve and find solutions for prospective clients
    Innovative, proactive and highly organised

Would be a plus

  • Familiarity with cloud storage platforms like Amazon S3 and Dropbox.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Jira, Intercom, or similar CRM/email/chat support systems.
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills during sales conversations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • - Working with warm leads to convert them to clients
  • - Support existing clients to make sure their experience is smooth and delightful
  • - Understand the clients, feel their true pains, and find the way how we can really help
  • - Maintain and benefit from the well-established workflow (prioritization, automation, CRM, smart KPIs)
  • - Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply do your best!
