Sales Manager (No Experience Needed, Fluent English Required)

Binary Future is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent spoken and written English to join our growing team as a Sales Manager.
No prior experience in sales? No problem! 

We’ll teach you everything you need to know — your motivation and communication skills matter most.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle: from warm leads to closed deals. You’ll work alongside our SDR and LeadGen team to convert potential into lasting partnerships.

 

🎯 Key responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the sales process from qualified lead to closed deal
  • Communicate with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and video calls (Zoom/Google Meet)
  • Present Binary Future’s service offerings to startups and SMEs
  • Understand client needs and tailor proposals
  • Negotiate terms, prepare offers, and finalize agreements
  • Collaborate with SDRs for smooth lead handoffs
  • Provide regular sales updates to the Team Lead
  • Optionally close smaller deals independently

     

💼 What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) — must-have
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • High motivation and curiosity — we value your drive more than your CV
  • Basic digital literacy (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized

No previous sales experience required — we’ll provide onboarding, support, and mentoring
