DevOps Engineer

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team!

Requirements:

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in managing and deploying applications on AWS services, such as EKS and EC2.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Expertise in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
- Hands-on experience with relational and analytical databases, specifically Postgres and Clickhouse.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Apache Airflow.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a DevOps role, preferably in a cloud-native environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure and solving technical challenges.

Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with development teams and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or similar certifications.

Additional Skills:
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools and logging systems.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and processes.

Responsibilities:

- Leverage existing infrastructure efficiently to harness its full potential.
 - Establish and manage new systems, including configuring clusters, nodes, and computing instances.
 - Enhance system performance through optimization and productivity tuning for efficient operation.
 - Collaborate and maintain open communication with the development team to align on requirements and solutions.
 - Integrate innovative tools, approaches, and practices into workflows to boost processes and productivity.
 - Implement improvements in Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure to enhance capabilities and foster data-driven decision-making.
 - Focus on cost optimization strategies to ensure resource utilization is both efficient and budget-conscious.
