Business Development Manager (Full-Cycle, BPO/KPO)

Early-stage startup (ex-Google, Stanford, backed by top-tier VC) seeks an exceptional full-time Business Development Manager to help Enterprise AI for Finance, HR, and knowledge workflows. You’ll own the full sales cycle and co-create our GTM engine from the ground up.
This role is remote, full-time in EDT (New York) hours.

 

Role Overview

You’ll be the senior hunter building and closing pipeline with US/EU mid-market buyers (≈200–2,000 employees). Expect direct access to the founder for strategy and support on late-stage deals—and a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end sales: outbound → discovery → solution design → proposal → negotiation → close.
  • Self-source pipeline via LinkedIn, outbound email, events, referrals, partners; run multi-channel sequences and experiments.
  • Design offers & GTM: segment ICPs, test messaging by vertical (e.g., BFSI, Retail, Insurance, Healthcare), and refine pricing/packaging.
  • Solution sell FAO/HRO/KPO with delivery leads; shape outcome-based statements of work and SLAs.
  • Navigate enterprise buying: procurement, RFPs, security/compliance reviews.
  • Forecast & report: maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and deliver reliable pipeline and revenue forecasts.

     

You’re a Strong Fit If You

  • Have 3–5+ years closing BPO/KPO or outsourcing deals in the US or Europe (mandatory).
  • Can hunt net-new and consistently exceed GP/TCV quotas.
  • Think in funnels and experiments, not scripts—iterate messaging, cadences, and segments quickly.
  • Are credible with VP/C-suite (Finance, Ops, HR, CXO) and can build trust fast.
  • Know how mid-market buying works: multithreading, RFPs, InfoSec, legal.
  • Communicate crisply in English and are comfortable working US/EU time zones.
  • Bonus: warm network in target verticals; experience selling FAO, HRO, claims/back-office automation, or AI-enabled services.
