Senior RoR and React Developer Offline

Brief requirements:
ROR + React: In terms of technical aspects: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, jQuery, PostgreSQL, RSpec, Threads, Authentication, Authorization. There is more work on the backend side, but a willingness to work on the frontend is also important.
As for the project, it is a global leader in biometric technologies, providing solutions for both governments and commercial projects.
