Full-Stack Developer (JavaScript / Python) to $2000

About the Role:

As a Full-Stack Developer at Softengi, you'll be part of a dynamic team that builds and delivers high-impact, real-world software solutions directly to our clients. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for a technically curious problem-solver who is excited to work at the intersection of software engineering and business operations.

You’ll be deployed to customer projects where you’ll help design, build, and launch custom applications - often in fast-paced and mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
• Build and configure software applications using our platform and tech stack (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs).
• Participate in system integration, data modeling, and automation tasks to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to iterate on features and improvements.
• Continuously test, debug, and refine solutions in collaboration with users.
• Document implementation details and provide training or support where needed

Who You Are:

• You have a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2 years of experience in software development or consulting.
• You’re comfortable with Python, JavaScript and SQL.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and a drive to deliver practical solutions.
• You’re an excellent communicator and enjoy working directly with customers.
• You are excited to learn new technologies quickly and apply them on the job.
• You are flexible, adaptive, and energized by fast-changing, real-world environments
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both spoken and written).
