CJWorkshop - is a game studio specializing in the development and live support of multiplayer Games-as-a-Service (GaaS) titles. We work with partners to scale and enhance their projects while also building our own games focused on engagement, retention, and continuous content updates.
 

About the Project: A Da Hood-style game focused on street gang culture. We're looking for someone who won't just fulfill the role of community manager, but who is genuinely interested in engaging with and managing a social multiplayer project, staying on the same wavelength as the audience, and improving the game's atmosphere.
 

Objective: Take responsibility for managing and developing the English-speaking game community.
 

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with Western audience daily (chat + voice conferences)
• Organize contests and events
• Conduct testing with real audience
• Work with Western YouTubers
• Record gameplay and create content for posts
• Collect bugs and feedback from players
• Take responsibility for all community metrics
   

Required Qualifications:

• English language — fluent
• Experience in Da Hood genre games
• Experience playing Fortnite
• Understanding of Western gang culture and audience of such games
• Skills working with Discord (Bots), ChatGPT, OBS, TikTok, CapCut, Photoshop, Google Forms
   

Compensation:

• Base salary + KPI bonuses
• Depends on community growth metrics
