FPGA Engineer (Denmark) Offline

We are looking for a Senior HW developer to help design accelerated networking solutions based on the latest Xilinx FPGAs. As part of the HW team, you will work with sales & marketing and other R&D personnel to define our products, influencing everything from high-level HW board architecture and component selection to sub-block design and defining of the HW test environment.

 

Your primary tasks will be to:

 

- Design and drive the FPGA system architecture for the newest generations of our products together with the other FPGA developers

- Turn user requirements into FPGA system architecture based on the newest generations of FPGA´s

- Conduct analysis and design in close cooperation with the other FPGA developers

- Design, develop and test VHDL / Verilog code for various system blocks

- Participate in size/timing optimization of complete FPGA design and timing closure

- Simulation, debugging and verification for signoff according to the specification

- Develop and enhance know – how, knowledge sharing and participate in driving “best-known methods” within the FPGA development.

- Furthermore, you will participate in continuously improving our test- and simulation environment to assure FPGA products of high quality.

 

The position refers to VP of R&D and you will be a part of a dedicated team with a high team spirit and a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in most of the following areas:

* Later generations of Xilinx such as Virtex Ultrascale or later

* Later generations of Altera such as Stratix V, Aria10 or later

* Worked within the networking domain with protocol knowledge

* Standard skills in Vivado/Quartus and Simulink (and similar) will be a plus

* Knowledge in newer tools from Xiinx and Altera/Intel such as HLS, SDx and

* OpenCL will be a plus

The position salary is 8000 USD per month.

 

The relocation package includes Visa fee coverage, flights for you and your immediate family members, accommodation expenses coverage for a few first weeks.
