Junior QA Engineer (Gambling, Betting)

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases and report defects clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with team to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
• Learn and apply basic testing tools and techniques during test execution.
• Maintain and update test documentation and checklists
• Monitor and review application logs (e.g., in Kibana) to detect potential issues.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and quality enhancement
• Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to communicate testing progress and issues

Requirements:

• 0.5+ years of commercial experience in software QA
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Basic understanding of client-server architecture and how APIs work
• Excellent knowledge of different types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, smoke, exploratory)
• Solid understanding of test artifacts (bug report, test case, test suite, checklist)
• Motivated to continuously improve skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate level of English

Will be as plus:

• Experience with e-commerce projects
• Familiarity with gambling or betting systems
• Completed QA courses or certifications (e.g., ISTQB)
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
