They are building a highly skilled engineering team and are looking for a hands-on Founding Engineer to join them on this exciting journey.

✅ Requirements
- Experience working in early-stage startups (founder, co-founder, or among the first 10 hires).
- Previous role as a Principal or Lead Engineer, with strong technical expertise.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong business instincts.
- Solid knowledge of Python, Django, and AWS services.
- Comfortable participating in customer-facing activities such as demos and support.

- Advanced English — excellent written and verbal communication skills.

💼 Responsibilities
- Develop new features for our product using Python, Django, and AWS. 
- Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Map out design/implementation plans.
- Learn about prospective customer’s problems and demonstrate our solutions during sales motions. 
- Lead the growth and development of the engineering team.
- Help define the technical vision and culture of the company.
