Ultiself is the #1 app for biohacking and self-improvement on the App Store and Google Play. The app uses AI to help people build daily routines to improve their mood, health, and productivity.

 

But Ultiself is more than just an app. We work on different health and wellness projects, including web platforms and mobile products. We partner with companies like RNK Health and Gaxos Health. Together, we work on topics such as: Fitness coaching, Personalized vitamin and supplement plans, Building a healthy lifestyle.
 

We are a fast-growing remote company. Our goal is to help people live better with the help of smart tools and technologies.

 

Who We Are Looking For:

We are searching for an Operations Manager who will help us organize, improve, and grow our daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and analytical, with experience in managing remote teams and working with digital products.

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role (experience in startups is a plus)
  • Experience working with remote teams and digital products
  • Confident use of task management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Jira
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
  • Ability to analyze metrics and prepare clear reports
  • Basic understanding of product development processes
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Good spoken and written English (B1+ or higher)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and improve day-to-day operational processes
  • Make sure the team follows standard procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate communication between development, marketing, and support teams
  • Set tasks, track progress, and keep project documentation updated
  • Work in ClickUp and help the team stay on track with deadlines
  • Analyze operations performance and prepare reports
  • Suggest ways to reduce routine work and automate processes
  • Help with cost tracking and tool optimization
  • Support the hiring and onboarding of new team members
  • Monitor customer support quality and turn feedback into improvement tasks

 

Interview Process:

  1. HR Interview โ€“ 30 minutes
  2. Interview with Operation Manager โ€“ 45 minutes
  3. Final Interview with CEO โ€“ 15 minutes

 

Work Conditions

  • Full-time, remote position (you must be available at least until 2:00 PM NYC time / 21:00 Kyiv time).
  • Salary: Up to $1500/month (commensurate with experience).
  • 5 paid sick days, 20 paid vacation days per year after probation.
  • 2-3 month probationary period.
