Lead Python Developer

We are seeking a proficient Lead Python Developer to join our team.

You will play a pivotal role in developing an agentic platform and building AI solutions for our clients. We encourage you to apply and be a part of our innovative journey in the AI field.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven solutions for the agentic platform
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect, Development Lead, and team members to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Assist in integrating AI solutions with current systems and platforms
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform stability and performance
• Stay informed about the latest trends in AI technologies and incorporate them into development
• Engage in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python software development
• Strong analytical abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Desire to develop and advance in the AI field
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with CodeMie, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models and Langchain
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Previous involvement in developing agentic platforms
• Experience with agile development methodologies
