Location: Kyiv
Work format: On-site

We are a Ukrainian product company developing and manufacturing high-tech solutions that are already deployed on the battlefield — in the most intense defense and offense operations. Our team brings together experts in hardware development and production, united by one mission: to strengthen Ukraine’s defense through cutting-edge technology.

We proudly welcome veterans and their family members. Your resilience and experience are of exceptional value to our team.

The Role

We’re looking for a Hardware Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of secure communication systems — rugged, scalable devices that can withstand EW threats and adapt to fast-changing frontline needs. You will be involved in the full hardware development cycle: from schematic design to production launch.

What You’ll Work On

  • Design electronic circuits and multilayer PCBs
  • Select electronic components and prepare manufacturing documentation
  • Test, debug, and optimize prototypes
  • Work with microcontrollers and interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, RS232)
  • Integrate RF modules, power supplies, and low-power solutions
  • Launch devices into serial production
  • Collaborate with embedded, firmware, and mechanical teams
  • Apply feedback from field testing and real combat use cases

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle hardware development
  • Strong skills in Altium Designer or other EDA tools
  • Solid understanding of analog and digital circuitry
  • Experience with multilayer PCB design and testing equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers)
  • Practical knowledge of RF modules or wireless systems
  • Team player mindset with the ability to work independently
  • English: ability to read technical docs and write clear reports

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with RF design or frequency hopping systems
  • Familiarity with Embedded C/C++
  • Knowledge of low-power design and battery-powered systems
  • Previous work on combat-ready hardware or military background

What We Offer

  • Work on impactful products for real-world defense applications
  • Healthy, horizontal company culture — space for autonomy, experiments, and bringing your ideas to life
  • On-site work in Kyiv
  • Official employment
  • Military deferment for conscripts
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • Health insurance and annual medical check-up
  • Career development opportunities in hardware, embedded, or production paths
